New Units of Instruction at Public Community Colleges (Action) This item recommends approval of associate degree programs at the following community colleges: Illinois Valley Community College, Frontier Community College, Lincoln Trail Community College, Olney Central College, Wabash Valley College, Kaskaskia College, College of Lake County, Moraine Valley Community College, Oakton Community College, and Southeastern Illinois College.(Presentation by Gary Alexander)

New Units of Instruction at Public Community Colleges A.A.S. in Forensics Specialist; A.A.S. in Paraprofessional Educator Background Information (Information) This item provides background information prepared by Illinois Board of Higher Education staff in response to issues raised at the February 4, 2004 meeting of the Illinois Board of Higher Education regarding proposed new units of instruction at public community colleges. The units in question are the A.A.S. in Paraprofessional Educator and the A.A.S. in Forensics.
