This is sent to provide general information about the State Matching Grant Program for fiscal year 2008. Complete application materials for the program are available on the Illinois Board of Higher Education website: http://www.ibhe.org/Grants/RFP.htm. You are encouraged to review this information and share it with appropriate persons on your campus.
Eligible Applicants: Applicants eligible to receive grants are public Illinois colleges and universities and independent not-for-profit Illinois colleges and universities.
Application Deadline: Completed applications with original signatures must be received at the Illinois Board of Higher Education office by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, August 22 , 2007. Applications should be addressed to: FY2008 State Matching Grant Program, Attention: Rich Jachino, Grant Administration, Illinois Board of Higher Education, 431 East Adams, Second Floor, Springfield, Illinois 62701-1404. Applications received after the deadline will be returned.
