Request for Proposals (RFP): FISCAL YEAR 2008

ILLINOIS COOPERATIVE WORK STUDY PROGRAM
General Information
Eligible Applicants: Applicants eligible to receive grants are approved public and private associate and baccalaureate degree granting Illinois colleges and universities.
Grant Period: The grant period will begin no sooner than April 1, 2008 and will extend through June 30, 2009.
New Closeout Requirement for FY2007: In order to give you time to plan now, we will be asking for a breakout of students served by selected academic programs when we release the closeout requirements for FY2007 grantees in May 2008.
New for FY2008: Attachment #4, the budget form, asks for the estimated number of student participants from selected academic programs.
Application Deadline: Only one proposal per institution may be submitted for this program. The application materials for FY2008 must be submitted online. The online system can be accessed from the IBHE web-site at: http://www.ibhe.org/OGA/2008/WRKSTY/default.asp. Proposals must be entered by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2008. In addition to submitting an online application, please mail three (3) originals of the cover page postmarked by January 23, 2008 5:00 p.m. CST, signed by the President/CEO to:
