Complete the online application to be considered for the FY2010 Nursing School Expansion Grant. Additional program details are contained in the attached administrative rules (23 Ill. Adm. Code 1100).
The online form contains the following sections:
- Signature Page
Obtain the signatures of institutional leaders for authorization to submit.
- Section I: Eligibility Verification
Provide the information requested to ensure eligibility. Upload files with current Accreditation Letters (all nursing programs). Upload a file with a current Articulation Agreement (ADN programs only).
- Section II: Application
Describe your proposal and how it aligns with current research. Include an evaluation plan and detail how the institution will support and sustain the project. Provide a grant budget using the categories provided. It is anticipated that the fiscal year 2010 Expansion Grant awards will be range from approximately $100,000 to $264,000.
The DEADLINE for the submission of all materials is October 31, 2009.
- Complete the online application, upload the additional documents, and submit online.
- Send the original Signature Page with all required signatures to:
