Equity Analysis and Planning

The Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE) and the Illinois Community College Board (ICCB) continue to support institutions in advancing inclusive practices that foster student success. Building on previously released guidance, IBHE and ICCB have issued an update to support institutions in the next phase of their equity planning work, including the Supporting Universities and Colleges in Creating Equitable Student Success (SUCCESS) initiative. This updated guidance builds on prior equity planning efforts, clarifies expectations for upcoming academic years, and encourages institutions to strengthen implementation.
