To be compliant with the Higher Education Housing and Opportunities Act, HOUSE Liaisons must view the recorded training modules and complete the required form for IBHE or ICCB respectively. IBHE institutions must complete the training and submit the form by October 30, 2026. Submission of the Microsoft Form replaces the requirement to email the PDF training certificate.
