Park University – Scott Air Force Base (Scott) Campus closed its location on December 31, 2023. The Scott campus was located at Building 1650, Scott AFB, IL 62225. The main campus located at 8700 Northwest River Park Drive, Parkville, MO 64152 remains open.

The undergraduate and graduate business and public administration degree programs and the Master of Healthcare Administration program in the School of Business are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), 11520 West 119th Street, Overland Park, KS, 66213 (913-339-9356). Please visit www.acbsp.org for accreditation information. The Economics degree program is not considered to be a business program and is not accredited by ACBSP.
Park University uses a third-party system, Parchment, for official transcript ordering. In June 2022, Park University and Parchment upgraded to a new user interface for sending and receiving official transcripts. Because of this upgrade, every student must create a new account with Parchment, regardless of when you created or last used your original account. If you are not able to access the online system, or can only pay by check or money order, please utilize the Park University Transcript Request form at the University available on the website, www.park.edu/current-students/registrar-and-transcripts.

Federal Loan repayment, discharge, and cancellation information is available from www2.ed.gov. This website will provide information on repayment plans available, loan servicer information, and information if you have trouble making payments. This information is only applicable for Federal Loan sources, Federal Direct Loan, Federal Family Education Program Loans, or Federal Perkins Loans. This does not include information for private loans.
Complaints should be filed with the main campus first. Information on the complaint process is available at cm.maxient.com/reportingform.php?ParkUniv&layout_id=6. Information or other questions may be addressed to the Office of the Dean of Students at 816.548.6377 or studentlife@park.edu.
After exhausting the campus complaint process, students may file a complaint with the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE). The IBHE complaint process is available at https://complaints.ibhe.org .
