The Illinois campus location for Upper Iowa University (UIU) closed on May 31, 2023. The main campus located at 605 Washington Street, P.O. Box 1857, Fayette, IA 52142-1857, remains open.

If you are not able to access the online system, you may utilize the transcript request form for UIU uiu.edu/admissions/registrars-office/transcript-requests.

Federal Loan repayment, discharge, and cancellation information is available from www2.ed.gov. This website will provide information on repayment plans available, loan servicer information, and information if you have trouble making payments. This information is only applicable for Federal Loan sources, Federal Direct Loan, Federal Family Education Program Loans, or Federal Perkins Loans. This does not include information for private loans.
Complaints should be filed with the main campus first. Information on the complaint process is available at uiu.edu/experience/safety-security/report-an-incident-or-crime.
After exhausting the campus complaint process, students may file a complaint with the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE). The IBHE complaint process is available at complaints.ibhe.org.
Other consumer protections may be sought from the Illinois Attorney General’s Office. Complaints may be filed at www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/File-A-Complaint.
