I. Executive Session

Executive Session for the Purpose of Discussing Matters involving 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1 and 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21). Matters discussed may include the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees and discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under the Open Meetings Act. No final action will be taken in closed session.
